What we collect
We collect only two categories of data:
Contact form data: if you use a contact form on this site, we store your name, email address and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics data: we may use an analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. The data is aggregated and anonymised as far as possible and cannot be used to identify you personally.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment details, we do not operate user accounts, and we do not collect health, racial, religious or other sensitive data.
Why we use the data
Responding to enquiries: to get back to you with answers about our restaurants, opening hours, kosher certification, or anything else.
Improving the site: analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and which need work.
Legal compliance: where we are required by law to retain certain data, we do so.
